FlexO Statistics Module
Total No. of Booking
Sum of the total number of bookings in the system (completed + planned + cancelled).
Total Hours Spent
Sum of all the hours of completed bookings.
Total Saved Hours
Sum of all time saved when a booking is a no show, or a booking ends earlier.
For instance, a meeting scheduled from 2 PM to 3 PM, if a booking is a no show at 2.15 PM, saved time is 45 minutes.
For instance, a meeting scheduled from 2 PM to 3 PM, if a booking ends early at 2.40 PM, saved time is 20 minutes.
Note: cancelled bookings are not included in this calculation.
Average Duration (in minutes)
Average duration of all completed bookings.
Total Average Occupancy
Average occupancy ratio of all resources (e.g., meeting rooms, desks, ...). The calculation is computed on a day by day basis.
For a given resource, occupancy ratio is calculated as below:
[Total no. of Hours of Completed Bookings] / [Total no. of Business Hours] = Occupancy Ratio
Note: Business hours are defined in the Site setup section.
Note: Calculation excludes non-working days as defined in the non-working days calendar defined in the Site setup section.
Average Attendees
Average attendees number is based on the number of people invited in all the bookings.
Note: if you are using oomnis people counter device, average number of attendees will also take into account people physically counted by the device.
Completed
Number of completed bookings.
Planned
Number of planned bookings (i.e., future bookings not started yet).
Cancelled
Number of cancelled/deleted bookings.
Rescheduled
Number of rescheduled bookings (i.e., booking time is different from original time).
Extended
Number of bookings with extended end time (e.g., meeting was scheduled to 3 PM, but extend to 3.30 PM).
No Show
Number of bookings with a no-show.
Adhoc
Number of adhoc bookings (i.e., unplanned)
Room Finder Use
Number of bookings booked from the Room Finder button on the Navigator screen.
Recurrent
Number of recurrent bookings.
This represents the total number of series, not the sum of all individual occurrences of every single series.
Incognito
Number of bookings in private mode (i.e., the meeting title information is undisclosed).
Average Delay (in minutes)
Total average time difference between a booking meeting time and the booking start time.
For instance, a booking scheduled at 2 PM, but starts at 2.05 PM, this is a 5 minutes delay.
Note: booking start confirmation can be either done throught the Navigator pressing by clicking Start, through the FlexO portal by clicking Check-in, or is automatically done by sensor devices if any.
Average Overtime (in minutes)
Total average time of extended bookings.
Total Room Issues
Total number of issues reported through the Navigator screen.
Average Resolution Time (in days)
Average duration calculated between the time of issue, and the time the issue is solved.
Most Used Meeting Rooms
Top 10 of the most used resources.
Highest No. of Bookings
Top 10 of the users with most bookings.
Bookings per Source
Origin of the bookings, meaning where did user first created their bookings.
Booking Behavior
Shows how user are created their bookings:
- Within the same day
- Within the same week
- Longer Planning (i.e., futher than one week ahead)
Total No. of Booking per Date
Per date breakdown of number of completed bookings
No. of Bookings per Hour in the Day
Per hour in a day breakdown of number of completed bookings.
No. of Bookings per Week Day
Per day of the week breakdown of number of completed bookings.
No. of Bookings per Day of the Month
Per day of the month breakdown of number of completed bookings.
No. of Bookings per Month
Per month breakdown of number of completed bookings.
Room Occupancy per Date (in percent)
Per date breakdown of number of occupancy ratio.
Utilization Heatmap
Heatmap displays the total number of completed bookings according to their day and time.
This can be used to identify the most busy time when most bookings happen and plan accordingly.
