Teams plugin Configuration for flexEZ

Prerequisites

1. Administrator account to Microsoft Office365: https://admin.microsoft.com

Teams Configuration

Connect to the Microsoft O365 administration console via https://admin.microsoft.com
On the left menu, click "Show all" to expand all options.



then in the Admin centers section Click Teams



Under Teams App click Setup policies



then click on the Global (Org-wide default) policy to select it (or use/create a different policy)



In the Global (org-wide default) policy (or else), enable the Upload custom apps option



flexEZ App Upload

Under Teams App click Manage apps



On the right top corner, click Actions and select Upload new app



In the next screen, click Upload and select the manifest.zip file provided by your flexEZ representative


Click on this link to manage the successfully added app


The app is now installed and deployed on your Teams organization. Click on Permissions to manage the app permissions.



Click on Grant admin constent to make the app available to all users (or specified users if any restrictions applies - cf. Users and groups)



Select your admin account and click Accept when prompted


The flexEZ app is now ready to use for users in your Teams organization.



Additionally, but optional, you can also customize the policy to add and pin the flexEZ app to the users.
